Dezyna.Store is operated by MACOWA (Pty) Ltd (“MACOWA”, “we”), trading as Dezyna. It is an online marketplace operated from South Africa that lets approved sellers (artists, bands, creators, and local brands) list and sell merchandise to buyers. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Dezyna provides the storefront, the checkout, order routing, and payment facilitation via Paystack. We are not the seller of the goods. Each order is a contract of sale between you (the buyer) and the seller who listed the item. The seller is responsible for the product, its description, printing, packing, delivery, and any returns or refunds, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
Sign-in is by email link; you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Seller accounts are invite-only and approved at our discretion. You must give accurate information and may not impersonate anyone or infringe others’ rights.
Sellers set their own prices and flat shipping fee, keep listings and stock accurate, fulfil orders promptly, and only sell goods they have the right to sell. We charge a 10% platform fee per sale, deducted at payment via a Paystack subaccount; the balance settles to the seller’s bank. Sellers must not list counterfeit, unlawful, or infringing goods. We may pause or remove a shop that breaches these terms.
Prices are in South African Rand and include the seller’s price plus a flat shipping fee. Payment is processed by Paystack; we never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If an item is unavailable after payment, the seller or Dezyna will arrange a refund.
Sellers ship within South Africa and are responsible for delivery. Your rights to cancel, return, and be refunded are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which applies the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
Do not misuse the site: no fraud, scraping at scale, attempts to break security, or uploading unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the platform, sellers, or other buyers.
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Dezyna is not liable for the acts of sellers or buyers or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy, aligned with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
